Binde Booth
The week of New World Arts' opening show, Marisol, we had a situation that no theatre wants to face: our lighting board, which allows us to program and control the lighting for our theatrical productions, stopped working. After several attempts to try to get it working, we had to face the reality that the board was beyond repair.

We also suffered another loss this year as of one of our closest friends and volunteers Deanne Binde passed away. As we rebuild our booth with generous donations from our community, we looked forward to unveiling it at our upcoming 2009 Season Launch party as the Binde Booth, dedicated to the work of Deanne Binde and volunteers like her who have made New World Arts a viable and invigorating arts organization.
